At Rowan, community engagement starts with listening. Before projects move forward, we spend time in conversation with local leaders, nonprofit partners, and neighbors to understand what makes a community strong — and what helps it remain a place people want to live, work, and raise families. Those conversations shape how we build and where we invest.

That approach is reflected in Rowan’s Community Catalyst Program, a long‑term commitment to support local organizations that strengthen opportunity, connection, and quality of life in the communities where we develop.

In some communities, that has meant supporting educational initiatives, teacher programs, and student enrichment opportunities. In others, it has meant contributing to nonprofit organizations, community improvement projects, cultural events, first responders, or programs that address critical local needs. By working closely with community leaders and partners, we aim to direct our support where it can have the greatest and most lasting impact.

The program is designed to grow alongside our projects — guided by our local leaders and grounded in our shared priorities. As we move forward, we’ll keep investing in the organizations that help make the communities we work in strong, connected, and worth calling home.
